I see Mrs. Villegas and since the first visit she had with my husband she was great she takes the time to explain to you what's wrong or what the process, what needs to be done and how she is going to go about the treatment. I have only experienced TOP TIER service during each visit to the clinic and when contacting the office via phone concerning insurance/medication topics. As a matter of fact, my insurance provider called VIP with me on the line to gather specific information for a prescription and afterwards the BCBS representative offered several words of praise about his phone experience with VIP. He stated the office is by far one of the friendliest and professional he has contacted. His words verbatim were, "oh my gosh...they are amazing and so attentive ...... sounds like they really care about each patient."
