I see Mrs. Villegas and since the first visit she had with my husband she was great she takes the time to explain to you what's wrong or what the process, what needs to be done and how she is going to go about the treatment. She is friendly and knowledgeable. Her staff is amazingand very friendly. I fully understand that they get busy but they will do whatever they can to get back with you.

Dr. Annysue Emmons is super thorough and personable with every visit. I LOVE the timeliness of getting in and out. Everyone is friendly from when you first walk in to when you leave. Even on the phone for follow up is enjoyable. This is the first time I've had a PCP with whom I felt seen and didn't feel too intimidated to keep up with my visits. Love it here!

I have only experienced TOP TIER service during each visit to the clinic and when contacting the office via phone concerning insurance/medication topics. As a matter of fact, my insurance provider called VIP with me on the line to gather specific information for a prescription and afterwards the BCBS representative offered several words of praise about his phone experience with VIP. He stated the office is by far one of the friendliest and professional he has contacted. His words verbatim were, "oh my gosh...they are amazing and so attentive ...... sounds like they really care about each patient."
